Chameleon Tint

What is Chameleon Tint?

Chameleon tint is a colour-shifting window film that changes appearance based on viewing angle and lighting while still allowing a high level of visible light through the glass. These films are commonly available in visible light transmission ranges of about 60–80% and also help reduce UV exposure and cabin heat.

In British Columbia, installation follows specific tint rules. The film is limited to the top 75 mm of the windshield and to windows behind the driver when exterior mirrors are present, so colour-shift effects are only used where aftermarket tint is allowed under provincial law.

Glass Style & Colour Shift

Creates a visible colour change on the glass as light and viewing angle vary, especially noticeable in bright conditions.

Heat & UV Management

Uses films with UV and infrared control to help reduce cabin heat build-up and slow fading of interior materials.
